Episode 26: Greyhounds in the City

Discover why greyhounds can be perfect city dogs.

Former racing greyhounds surprise us in many ways. Many people who live in apartments and cities are often astonished to learn that greyhounds not only make great apartment dogs, but can also thrive in city environments.

In this episode, we have a conversation with two greyhound adopters, Al Chimenti and Jenny Quin. They both live in New York City; specifically, Manhattan. It doesn’t get more hustle-and-bustle, noisy, and busy than the proverbial “city that never sleeps.” They share their stories and insights about what it’s like for them and their greyhounds in the Big Apple. They’ll also reveal why they wouldn’t have adopted any other breed of dog for their metropolitan lifestyles.
